Smriti Sheth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research and insights across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Insights at IPSY since September 2021, Smriti has been instrumental in building the Insights team and supporting strategic growth initiatives for multiple beauty subscription brands. Prior roles include leadership positions at Facebook, where Smriti headed Customer Engagement Insights and contributed to launching hardware products, and Nokia, where strategic insights were provided across the organization. Earlier experience includes significant roles at The Clorox Company and Procter & Gamble, focusing on innovation and consumer insights. Smriti holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering.
