Per Durlind has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In their most recent role as Vice President EMEA for Sales & Customer Success at Iptor, they expanded their responsibilities across the EMEA region and was a member of the EMEA Management Team. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Nordics l Sales and Customer Success at Iptor, where they led the Nordic team and was accountable for regional budget and sales targets.
Before joining Iptor, Per Durlind worked at Oracle as an Account Director, responsible for sales and account management for Supply Chain Management & Logistics solutions in Sweden. Per also held various roles at IBM, including Client Executive and Senior Solutions Sales Lead, where they developed and closed complex IT solutions for strategic clients. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Manager for Logistics & Business Development at Toyota Material Handling Europe, overseeing a cross-functional team and driving standardization and workflow improvements.
Per Durlind began their career at DHL Express as a Trainee and later worked on alternative transport options for spare parts distribution. Per was recruited as a permanent employee and authored a thesis on market segmentation. Later, they joined DHL Supply Chain as a Project Manager and Operational Development Manager, leveraging IT solutions to optimize processes and improve customer service.

Per Durlind completed the Financial Selling to the CXO program at Executive Conversation in 2013. In the same year, they also attended the Business and Industry Insight Programme at London Business School. In 2012, they completed the Solution Selling program at IBM Business School. Per Durlind obtained a Master of Science degree in Logistics from Linköping University between 1997 and 2001.
