Rui Pacheco has extensive work experience in various industries. Rui started their career in 2003 as a Logistics Analyst at Galp. In 2004, they joined Accenture as a Management Consultant and later became a Technology Consulting Manager. In 2017, they joined Körber Supply Chain as the Head of PMO and eventually took on the role of Head of Engineering and Customer Service. Currently, they are working at Iptor as the Head of Global Customer Support.

Rui Pacheco obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, from 1998 to 2004. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Post-Grad degree in Retail Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
