Bilal H. has a solid work experience in the field of technical operations and IT support. Bilal started their career in 2012 as a Technical Support Engineer at the National Testing Service - Pakistan, where they worked until 2017. Following that, they worked as an IT System Administrator at Markoff Law LLC for a year. In February 2021, they completed certifications such as "Getting Started with Premiere Pro for the Non-Video Pro" and "MySQL Essential Training" from LinkedIn. Bilal also obtained certifications in "Premiere Pro CC 2019 Essential Training: The Basics" and "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace" in the same month and year.
Furthermore, in April 2020, Bilal obtained the "OSHA 10-Hour Construction Site Safety" certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. In February 2020, they acquired the "CompTIA Security+" certification from CompTIA. Going back to 2017, Bilal also completed the "BT326 - BARRACUDA EMAIL SECURITY SERVICE CERTIFIED ENGINEER" and "BT324 - BARRACUDA BACKUP CERTIFIED ENGINEER" certifications from Barracuda Campus, in June and October respectively.
