Warren Hadley

Warren Hadley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Warren is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IPX Retirement since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Innovest Systems from October 2016 to April 2021, where they held the position of CFO and played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by SS&C Technologies, Inc. in May 2020. Warren also served as a Board Member at Innovest Systems from January 2017 to May 2020.

Before joining Innovest Systems, Warren worked at DST Systems as the Director of Finance from August 2015 to August 2016, responsible for integrating and managing the financial operations of WMSI, a company acquired by DST. Warren also served as a Board Member at Wealth Management Systems, Inc. (WMSI) from January 2013 to August 2015. During their time at WMSI, they held the roles of CFO and COO, where they played a key role in the sale of WMSI to DST in August 2015 and the integration of WMSI into DST Retirement Solutions business. Warren also led the acquisition efforts of the Financial Communications division of Standard & Poor's, Inc. in 2013 and Archimedes Systems, Inc. in the same year.

Warren's earlier experiences include serving as President and Board Member at Archimedes Systems, Inc. from January 1997 to September 2012. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at Forrester Research from an undisclosed start date to 2006. Warren began their career as an Audit Manager at MacDonald Levine, Jenkins, LLC from an undisclosed start date to 1995, and as a Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse from an undisclosed start date to 1991.

Warren Hadley obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley University between 1986 and 1990. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their MST (Master of Science in Taxation) in the field of Taxation at Bentley University from 1991 to 1992.
