Cam Whalen

Cam Whalen has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and client services field. They began their career as a Customer Service Officer at ASB Bank in 2017 before transitioning into recruitment roles. At Volunteer Eco Students Abroad, Cam served as a Global Recruitment Team and Tour Leader from 2014 to 2016. They then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services NZ Ltd, where they managed a 360 sales desk and successfully grew client accounts. Cam later joined AWF Limited as a Recruitment Consultant in the Permanent Division, contributing to the division's growth and making 32 permanent placements in 2019. In 2021, they joined Randstad Canada as an Account Manager, specializing in insurance. At Professional Selection Inc., Cam worked as a Recruitment Consultant, managing and recruiting for clients across the USA, APAC, and Canada. Currently, Cam is the Director of Client Services at IQ PARTNERS Inc., a leading executive search and recruitment firm in Canada.

Cam Whalen attended The University of Auckland from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Commercial Law & Marketing.
