Randy Quarin is an accomplished Executive Head Hunter with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. As a Senior Partner and Founder at IQ PARTNERS since 2001, Randy has played a pivotal role in shaping executive search strategies. Prior to this, Randy owned Partners Executive Search, specializing in digital recruitment from January 1995 to September 2001. Early in the career, Randy gained valuable experience in client services at Leo Burnett and A.C. Nielsen, focusing on Tier-One Consumer Packaged Goods Companies. Randy holds a BA Honours degree in Economics from Queen's University, completed in 1984.
