Shelan Stritzke

Shelan Stritzke (she/her) began their work experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Advantis Credit Union in April 2012. Shelan held this role until October 2017. In October 2017, they joined iQ Credit Union as the VP of Human Resources, where they currently work.

Shelan Stritzke has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Pacific University. Shelan also holds an HR Management Certificate from Portland State University. In 2015, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Shelan also has certifications as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) from the American Staffing Association and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.
