Huy Nguyen

Huy Nguyen is a Process Development Engineer at IQE since June 2015, specializing in the support and development of Si, Ge, SiGe, and SiGeSn processes for industrial partners while managing industrial-grade CVD reactors and metrology tools. Nguyen drives research projects in areas such as solar energy and telecommunications, addressing process issues and enhancing characterization tools. Prior to this role, Nguyen served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Warwick from June 2013 to May 2015, focusing on non-standard orientation growths for SiGe virtual substrates and supervising research students. Huy Nguyen holds a PhD in Semiconductor Physics and a Master's in Physics, both from the University of Warwick.
