Chrissy Gabriel

Chrissy Gabriel currently serves as the Director of Development at IQHQ REIT, overseeing the permitting, design, and construction of Class A Life Science developments within the east coast portfolio, managing a substantial budget of approximately $500 million. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Life Sciences at Siena Construction, where project management of a $55 million portfolio and enhancements in operational processes were key achievements. Earlier, as Associate Director of Capital Projects at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Chrissy Gabriel developed a 5-year capital plan and executed 1 million square feet of projects to support significant corporate growth. With a career beginning as a Capital Projects Intern at Boston College, Chrissy Gabriel has progressively advanced through various managerial roles in construction, contributing to major developments for notable clients across the life sciences sector. Education was completed at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
