Douglass Cuff

Douglass Cuff has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Douglass'smost recent role was as the Senior Vice President of U.K. Real Estate at IQHQ REIT, where they have been working since October 2019. Prior to this, they held a position as a Business Board Member at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority from September 2018 to September 2019.

Douglass also has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Douglass worked as a Senior Director of Leasing at BioMed Realty from October 2012 to September 2019, where they were responsible for leasing, development, marketing, and operations at Granta Park and other European holdings. Before that, they served as a Senior Property Manager at BioMed Realty, overseeing the Center for Life Science in Boston from January 2008 to October 2012. Douglass also had a role as a Property Manager at BioMed Realty, where they managed a portfolio of assets in Cambridge from June 2005 to December 2007.

In addition to their real estate background, Douglass has served on the Board of Directors as Secretary at CHARLES RIVER TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION from 2006 to 2009. Douglass also has experience as a Property Manager at HallKeen Management, overseeing assets in Cambridge from February 2004 to May 2005.

Starting their career in 1997, Douglass worked as a Facility Coordinator at Forticell (formerly Ortec International) until July 2000. Douglass then joined Cummings Properties as a Property Manager, where they managed various accounts in research and development facilities, as well as office and warehouse spaces, until January 2004.

Douglass Cuff's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Fordham University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 2011 to 2012.
