Milla Sihvonen

Milla Sihvonen currently serves as the HR and Global H&S Manager at IQM Quantum Computers since January 2023, having previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Beneq from May 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes multiple HR and H&S roles at Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science from July 2017 to May 2022, and a lengthy tenure at Oxford Instruments from December 2004 to July 2017, where roles included Production Team Leader and H&S Manager. Earlier in the career, Milla Sihvonen worked as a Micromechanic at Kibron Inc and Neuromag. Milla Sihvonen is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Yhteisöpedagogi at Humak University of Applied Sciences, and has completed various relevant educational programs in HR and technician studies.
