Marco Pinzon

Marco Pinzon has extensive work experience in the software industry. Marco served as the Head of Consulting Services for DELMIAWorks products at PROXIMITY ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LIMITED since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at IQMS from 2011 to 2018, where they held various roles including Director of International Operations EMEA and Projects / Accounts Manager - Europe. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the delivery of software solutions, managing implementation projects, conducting workshops with partners and customers, and building strong relationships with clients. Marco also ensured operational alignment and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they played a key role in commercial and contractual negotiations and worked closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

From 2010 to 2011, they attended Mälardalen University where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Quality in Process Technology.

From 2008 to 2009, they studied at Umeå University where they achieved a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Between 1997 and 2004, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, where they received an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering.
