Hernán Alejandro González has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hernán Alejandro started their career as an Inventory Administrator at Systemscorp S.A. in 2009 and then worked as a Field Application Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation in 2010. After that, they joined EXO S.A. as a Technology Specialist, where they provided technical support and launched new products.
In 2014, González joined Iquall Networks, where they held various positions, including Sales and Marketing Engineer, Product & Marketing Manager, and Presales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for responding to RFIs and RFPs, managing digital marketing campaigns, and building technical and commercial proposals.
In 2017, they briefly worked at the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires as a Technology projects leader at the Secretary of Transportation, overseeing the implementation of video surveillance cameras and a predictive arrival system.
Returning to Iquall Networks in 2019, González took on the role of Engineering Manager, where they led a team and implemented various technical solutions using Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, and other technologies. Hernán Alejandro also integrated monitoring platforms to ensure production environment observability.
In 2021, they were promoted to VP Technology & Engineering at Iquall Networks, where they led a high-performing team and delivered innovative technology solutions to meet client requirements.
Currently, González holds the position of Innovation Manager at Iquall Networks, where they continue to drive innovation and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
Hernán Alejandro González attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2007 to 2019, where they studied Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they studied at Instituto Pio IX and obtained a degree in Electronics Technician. Additionally, Hernán acquired the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge, although the specific dates of this accomplishment are not provided.
Apart from their formal education, Hernán has also obtained two additional certifications. In September 2022, they completed the Iquall Network Automation Associate (INAA) program at Iquall Networks. Furthermore, they participated in the MATathon 2023 organized by Iquall Networks and acquired the certification in July 2023.
