Ray Lacho

Ray Lacho is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the fintech and consumer credit sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at IQVentures, a $2B fintech organization, Ray Lacho is tasked with developing management reporting, building the FP&A team, and leveraging M&A experience for acquisitions. Previously, Ray Lacho held various leadership roles at Community Choice Financial, Inc., culminating as Senior Vice President, where significant contributions included leading analysis for acquisitions that grew revenue dramatically. Earlier experiences include positions at Capsa Healthcare, Artromick International, Landmark Communications Inc., BMO Capital Markets, and Bank of Montreal. Ray Lacho holds an MBA from William & Mary and a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto.
