Rishi Burman

Rishi Burman is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software development and technical support management. Currently serving as Director of AI Architecture at IQVIA since May 2022, Rishi has led the design and architecture of complex solutions and managed global technical support teams. Previous roles include Director of Support at Pelion, where Rishi oversaw a global support team, and Senior Manager SRE at both Arm and Pelion, focusing on technical support and cloud software deployments. Rishi's earlier experience includes significant technical leadership roles at Cisco and Aricent Group, where Rishi managed large development teams and contributed to LTE small cell solutions and Linux kernel development. Rishi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology.
