Tim Symons

Tim Symons has a diverse work experience with expertise in sales, business development, and channel enablement. Tim is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Ordnance Group / Exotic Ammo since August 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at IR, including Vice President of Sales (Channel, Testing, and Mid-Market) starting in May 2022 and Sales Director from July 2018 to August 2023. Earlier in their career, Tim worked as a Sr Business Development and Channel Sales Manager at IR, contributing to revenue growth and contract negotiations with global strategic partners. Before joining IR, they served as an Account Manager at Empirix, focusing on creating sales strategies and closing strategic deals for enterprise-level organizations. Tim also has prior experience in the military as a Military Pilot (F-15E WSO) in the USAF. Additionally, they worked at Amlaki and Tradex / Ariba as a Developer/Pre-Sales, where they gained experience in software development and pre-sales activities.

Tim Symons has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University and a degree in CIS (Computers) from the University of Arkansas.
