Hoora Rastgoo

Hoora Rastgoo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business law and private equity services. Currently serving as the CEO of Carabiner Business Law Firm since December 2021, Hoora has also been an Attorney At Law at the Iran Central Bar Association since February 2014, providing counsel on various legal matters including corporate litigation and governance. Additionally, Hoora has played a significant role in legal education as a Professional Education Manager at the Iran Bar Exam Academy and Education Manager at the Dadafarin Legal Education Institute, where over 900 law students have been mentored and trained for the Iranian bar exam. Previous positions include serving as a Legal Expert at butterfly.blue and a Junior Paralegal at Datis Lawfirm. Hoora holds a Master of Laws in Economic Law from Shahid Beheshti University and a Bachelor of Law from the same institution, alongside qualifications in interior design from Cavendish College London.
