Thais Peters

Thais Peters has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Since 2003, they have held multiple positions at Caixa Econômica Federal, including Vice-President of Investment Funds, Director of Asset Restructuring, and Superintendente of Financial Planning. Thais also worked at ANBIMA as a Director and at Odebrecht TransPort as a Board Advisor. Thais has served as a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Youse Seguros, IRB Brasil RE, and IRB Asset Management. Additionally, they have held advisory and board positions at VLI Logística and IRB Brasil RE. Thais has proven expertise in risk management, commercial operations, and financial planning.

Thais Peters completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Universidade de Brasília from 2001 to 2006. Thais then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at the same university from 2008 to 2009. Thais continued their education at the Universidade Católica de Brasília, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Thais is a doctoral candidate in Administration and Business at FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas, with their expected completion date between 2021 and 2023.
