Tiandra Gray (Tia)

Tiandra "Tia" Gray, PMP, is an experienced product and project manager currently employed at Irby Utilities since June 2021. In the role of Product Manager, Tiandra Gray collaborates across departments to ensure successful project deployment and customer satisfaction, serving as the main point of contact for client onboarding related to the organization's Wi-Fi management solution. Previously, as Project Manager II, Tiandra Gray managed contractor invoicing and financial discrepancies for a multi-million dollar project, establishing a process still in use today. Tiandra Gray participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at Irby Utilities, gaining exposure to various sectors within the electrical utility industry and completing a research project on corporate social responsibility. Prior experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Talent Incubator Program at Texas A&M University and a Project Management Intern at Pump Solutions, Inc. Tiandra Gray holds a degree in Industrial Distribution with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University.
