Mikhail Malt has extensive experience in the field of music research and education. Currently, Mikhail serves as a Researcher at IRCAM since 1991 and engages in various roles including Computer Music Designer Teacher and Composer in Research. Additionally, Mikhail is an Associate Research Director and Associated Researcher at Sorbonne Universités and has held a position as Associate Professor at Universidade Estadual de Campinas's Music Department since 2007. Previously, Mikhail was an Associate Professor at Université Paris IV - Sorbonne from 2006 to 2012 and a Lecturer at University Strasbourg's Music Department from 1999 to 2001. Mikhail's educational background includes degrees in engineering and music, as well as advanced qualifications such as DEA, PHD, and HDR, with doctoral studies focused on philosophy, music, and musicology from EHESS - Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales.
