Dr. Elina Bychkova

Dr. Elina Bychkova has a wealth of experience in project management, engineering, and academia. Dr. Elina currently serves as a Senior Programme Manager at the National Transport Authority and is also a judge for the PMI National PM Awards. With a background in civil engineering and project management, Dr. Bychkova has worked on various projects such as wind park operations and maintenance facilities, national laboratory designs, and construction management assessments. Dr. Elina has also been involved in organizations such as Engineers Ireland, the Ireland Chapter of PMI, and the Chartered Institute of Building. Dr. Bychkova holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and has extensive experience in both project management and engineering.
