Paul Stead has over 20 years of experience in IT management and support. Paul is currently the Global Head of Workplace Technology at Iress, where they ensure the global consistency and reliability of the company's toolset. Prior to this, they worked as the Service Delivery Lead and IT Desktop Support Team Lead at Iress, where they led teams and focused on continuous improvement and strong service delivery. Before joining Iress, Paul worked at Archant as a Service Support Manager, Server & Network Analyst, and I.S. Operations Manager, where they managed service support, infrastructure, and IT support across multiple locations. Paul also served as the I.T. Manager at Oyston Publications PLC, where they managed IT systems for the head office and remote workers.
Paul Stead attended Penwortham Priory High School from 1987 to 1992. Afterward, they went to Runshaw College from 1992 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the following: INLPTA Diploma in NLP in 2016, ITIL (v3) Intermediate Certificate in Service Operation in 2016, ITIL (v3) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2015, ITIL (v2) Foundation Certificate in 2007, and Microsoft Certified Professional in 2004.
