Trisha Johnson

Trisha Johnson is a Caymanian native with 12 years of extensive real estate experience, including her 2 years representing residential properties in the South Florida Market. She started off her career in the banking industry locally before moving to the state of Florida. After working in the finance and mortgage brokerage industry in Florida, she began her career in real estate working as a realtors assistant in the downtown Miami area in 2008. This is where her passion and love for real estate was formed. When it comes to commercial real estate in Cayman, Trisha is well-versed to advise clients on the diverse range of commercial spaces on island. From traditional, existing properties to marketing new, upcoming spaces she gets excited about all new listings within her portfolio. Her passion is to bring businesses and landlords together, creating the beginning of a strong, long lasting relationship between landlord and corporate tenant. Trisha gains most satisfaction from creatively structuring deals that balance the needs of her clients. Her goal in all transactions is to ensure that parties enter an agreement well informed, confident and ready to do great business together, knowing that all their business requirements have been met.
