Patrick M. Murphy

Patrick M. Murphy joined iRhythm in 2021 and serves as the Chief Legal Counsel, he was formerly the General Counsel. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of DexCom, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to that, he served as DexCom’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. Before that, Mr. Murphy was the Vice President of Legal Affairs at DexCom. Prior to joining DexCom, Mr. Murphy was a partner at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth law firm, where he specialized in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Mr. Murphy received a J.D. from the St. Louis University School of Law and a B.S. from Truman State University. Mr. Murphy is a member of the State Bar of California.
