Igor Marchosky has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 1997, they worked at NSWC as the DTCS Technical Program Manager for 17 years. In this role, they led a team of 80 professionals and managed multiple projects and programs with a $45M budget. Igor also identified business opportunities and developed relationships within the warfighting community. In 2003, they joined the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory as the Chief Engineer, C4 Branch. There, they led a team in the engineering, development, and deployment of tactical communication systems under pressure and urgency. In 2014, they moved to Iridium as the Director of Government Business Development and later became the Vice President in 2018 at Iridium Satellite LLC.
Igor Marchosky pursued their educational journey by completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. Igor attended this institution from 1991 to 1997. Later on, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by enrolling in Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
