Dr. Daryan Angle

Dr. Daryan Angle has had extensive experience in the field of optometry and business development. Dr. Daryan started their career as an optometrist at Marpole Optometry and Image Optometry in 2001. In 2002, they joined IRIS The Visual Group as an optometrist and later took on various roles within the company, including Vice President Professional Relations, Executive Vice President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In these roles, Dr. Angle oversaw IRIS operations across Canada, managed business development and public relations, and implemented a governance structure following the loss of the company's founder. Dr. Daryan also played a key role in the expansion of the IRIS network through acquisitions and the integration of eye care businesses. Additionally, Dr. Angle managed the company's nutritional supplement portfolio and oversaw the Advantage corporate eye care benefits program. Dr. Angle held licenses to practice optometry in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Dr. Daryan Angle completed their education in the field of Optometry from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Daryan attended the university from 1996 to 2001 and obtained a degree named OD. Prior to that, they studied Physics at the University of Alberta for a year, from 1995 to 1996.
