Tara Lankford

Tara Lankford has extensive experience in data management and billing, currently serving as a Billing Specialist and Clinical Data Manager at Iris House, Inc. since November 1996. In this role, Tara is responsible for collaborating with program directors on data collection for reporting and grant funding while training staff in various databases for multiple harm reduction and public health programs. Duties include entering and managing HIPAA-compliant client information, troubleshooting technical issues with the MIS department, and enhancing data management processes. Additionally, Tara has been involved in the development of a new electronic health records tracking system in partnership with Deloitte and has expertise in HIV and hepatitis-related services. Tara holds a GED from Tap Center #8.
