Caroline Lyons

Caroline Lyons is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Finance Director and CFO at IRIS Audio Technologies since June 2021, Caroline played a key role in the company's Series A funding in 2022. Previous positions include Group Finance Director at Wave Recording Studios, where direct reporting to the founders occurred within a multi-award winning audio post-production company, and Head of Finance at WebsEdge, collaborating with the board of directors. As Finance Manager for Science Ltd, Caroline managed the significant exhibition of Damien Hirst in Venice, and held positions at Global Fashion Group and Universal Music Group focused on financial planning and analysis. Caroline began a career with a foundation at KPMG in the Media, Entertainment, and Communications sectors after achieving an ACA qualification with all first-time passes from ICAEW and a BSc (Hons) in Biology from the University of Nottingham.
