Elisabeth Grindrod

Elisabeth Grindrod is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and financial services, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Lead Product Owner at IRIS Software Group since April 2020. Elisabeth has a strong background in agile methodologies, having led customer migrations and product ownership, with a certification from the Scrum Alliance. Prior to this role, Elisabeth engaged in a sabbatical year focused on agile product ownership while actively participating in product tanks and Scrum master clinics. During a significant tenure at Vodafone from 2001 to 2019, Elisabeth held multiple leadership positions, including CX Squad Manager and Change Lead, implementing customer experience governance and leading product improvement initiatives. Elisabeth's early career included a role as a Principal Scientific Officer at DERA/QinetiQ, where expertise in WLAN technologies and 3G planning was developed. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Communications Engineering from Portsmouth University and a BSc in Physics from the University of Birmingham, complemented by chartered engineer status from the IET.
