Aman Jain

Aman aims to establish a “Zero Surprise” environment at Iris Software in his role of Vice President, Delivery Excellence. His key responsibilities include establishing a culture of predictable delivery through operational stability; and a culture of process transformation/ improvement through Lean and Agile principles. He also works to establish and sustain compliance with contractual requirements, and in ensuring alignment with customer objectives through outcome-based measurement systems. He drives the customer experience journey and measures that through six-monthly customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT).

Aman’s passion is to drive efficiencies by using the power of process. On the personal front, he loves to make connections and enjoy spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys watching movies.
