Sharon Williams

Sharon Williams is an experienced Learning & Development professional currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at the Irish Blood Transfusion Service since March 2020. In this role, Sharon defines and implements corporate learning strategies to foster a culture of continuous performance development and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
