Previously, Melanie held the position of Organisation Development Manager at CityJet, a leading regional airline in Europe, and served as People & OD Specialist at University College Dublin, contributing to award-winning initiatives in HR and Learning & Development. With experience as a GreenLine Facilitator & Coach and Senior OD Consultant at Flow Group, Melanie has designed and delivered various organizational development projects for blue-chip clients. Earlier roles include Director of Business & School Development at The British School in Tokyo and OD & Cross Cultural Specialist at Kobe Steel Ltd.
