Aaron Gaynor

Aaron Gaynor is a Senior Manager in Retirement Solutions at Irish Life since November 2021 and has been actively involved with the Irish Institute of Pensions Management (IIPM) as Chair of the Marketing Committee, Vice President, and Council Member since May 2017. Prior experience includes roles as PRSA Product Owner at KBC Bank Ireland, Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Trustee at Bank of Ireland, and Life and Pensions Technical Lead at New Ireland Assurance, where Aaron managed teams providing technical advice and developed award-winning digital pension products. Aaron holds multiple advanced certificates in asset management and pensions and has a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Kent.
