Monica Shieh

Monica Shieh is currently a software engineer at Irish Titan. Monica has previous experience as an applications and integrations developer, as well as an associate developer for CRM systems. Monica has been working in the software engineering field since February of 2017.

Monica's experience with integrations comes from their time spent at Bumperactive, where they built integrations between custom-built applications and ecommerce platforms using Symfony PHP framework and Doctrine ORM. Monica is also experienced in creating custom SQL queries, forms and validation, QA work, and troubleshooting code issues.

At Motiv, Monica was responsible for configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online and Microsoft CRM On Premise environments. This involved customizing the CRM environments using out-of-box configuration, JavaScript and HTML. Monica also integrated CRM environments with ERP systems using SmartConnect and Scribe Insights.

Monica's experience with training clients on how to use CRM systems comes from their time at Rand Group. There they designed client's integrations between CRM and ERP systems, as well as created marketing templates with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Monica also configured Dynamics 365 CRM field service and field service mobile app.

Monica Shieh has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Texas State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medical Technology from University of the Incarnate Word. Monica also has certification from Microsoft in MB2-717 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales.
