Niamh Fitzpatrick CIPD MII is an experienced professional in human resources and mediation, currently serving as the Acting Human Resource Manager at the Irish Wheelchair Association since January 2017, with additional roles as Workplace Mediator and HR/Employee Relations Team Lead. Niamh also holds the position of Director at the Mediators Institute of Ireland and serves as a Conflict Coach with CINERGY Coaching.
