Preet D.

Preet D. has a strong background in process and data analytics, as well as agile and program management. They have held various roles at Iris® Powered by Generali, starting as an Agile Program Manager in 2019 and progressing to Senior Agile & Data Analytics Manager in 2021. Currently, Preet is the Director of Process & Data Analytics. Prior to their time at Iris®, Preet worked at GEICO, where they gained experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business Intelligence Systems Analyst, and Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst.

Preet D. completed a Master's degree in Technology Management at Georgetown University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Merced in 2014, majoring in B.S. Management, BA. Economics, and minoring in Writing. They also have additional certifications including SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GEICO.
