Faith Hubbard

Faith Hubbard has over 16 years of experience in the field of network and telecommunications systems. Faith is currently working as a Lead Collaboration Engineer at Iron Bow Technologies, where they provide design, configuration, implementation, and support for voice/collaboration solutions to federal, civilian, and commercial customers. Faith'sresponsibilities include network collaboration assessments, installation and configuration of networks, and troubleshooting services.

Before joining Iron Bow Technologies, Faith worked at Mission1st Group, Inc. as a Theater Operations - Senior Unified Collaboration Engineer. In this role, they provided advice on network/telecommunications systems, assisted with special projects, and guided subscribers/users on system upgrades and requirements.

Prior to that, Faith served as a Regional Cyber Center of Southwest Asia - VoIP Engineer at Vectrus. Faith'sresponsibilities included providing Tier Three support to the United States Army Regional Cyber Center in Southwest Asia, managing and maintaining Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), CME, Gatekeeper, and HA CUBEs on classified and unclassified networks.

Faith also gained experience at ITT Systems, where they worked as a Regional Network Operations and Security Center Network Analyst and a Network Administrator. In these roles, they analyzed and troubleshooted networks, performed O&M functions, and provided network infrastructure services.

Faith's career began in the US Army, where they served as a Telecommunications Operations Plans Chief (TOPC). Faith'sduties included overseeing the operations, maintenance, and management of telecommunications systems and networks at all levels of the Army. Faith also gained experience in configuring routers, switches, voice gateway routers, and other equipment.

Faith Hubbard completed their Bachelor of Science degree in IT - Security Emphasis from Western Governors University, from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, they attended Western Michigan University, where they studied Graphic and Printing Science with a minor in Paper Engineering. From 1993 to 1995, Faith also attended Henry Ford College, where they pursued a Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies degree.
