Neha Saini

Neha Saini has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT and software development. Neha is currently working as an Oracle Solutions Architect at Iron Bow Technologies, specializing in strategizing and implementing ERP solutions for Oracle on-premises and applications. Their responsibilities include ensuring smooth IT operations, enhancing business processes, strengthening security measures, and maintaining data integrity.

Prior to their current role, Neha worked at BlackRock as a Senior Software Engineer from 2018 to 2022. Neha actively participated in the design, development, and maintenance of operational systems, tools, and processes. Neha also contributed to tactical and strategic development projects, constantly seeking ways to improve business processes to enhance the client experience.

Before their time at BlackRock, Neha held the position of Senior Oracle EBS Lead at HD Supply Construction & Industrial - White Cap from 2015 to 2018.
