Rob Rolsky

Rob Rolsky leads and manages operations and delivery of customer success across Iron Bow’s public sector, commercial, and healthcare markets as Iron Bow’s Vice President of Customer Operations.

Rob brings deep experience in operating and growing public sector and commercial services businesses. Prior to joining Iron Bow he most recently served as Vice President at Peraton, leading a portfolio of risk and security programs across Federal Defense, Intelligence, and Civilian markets.

Previously Rob served as Vice President at Perspecta, Senior Vice President at KeyPoint Government Solutions, and in a wide set of public sector and commercial operations, growth, and technology roles at Maersk culminating as Division Chief Operating Officer for its government services business.

Rob holds dual Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland in Business and Government.
