Helene Fridman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations transformation and strategic integration across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Operations Transformation at Iron Mountain since April 2022, Fridman previously held significant roles at FedEx, where responsibilities included leading the transformation and integration of FedEx and TNT businesses, and at TNT, where Fridman managed post-merger integration strategies and business development. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from Warwick Business School and additional degrees in International Management, Fridman has demonstrated a consistent track record in driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and significant profit improvements across global markets.
