Lynn-Ann Marquis

Lynn-Ann Marquis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as the Senior Solutions Team Lead for Benefits at Iron Mountain since January 2021, Lynn-Ann oversees the engagement with HRO vendors and ensures the integration of benefits processes for approximately 10,000 employees in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Lynn-Ann dedicated over two decades to OSRAM, where positions included Human Resources Operations Manager, Benefits Manager/Supervisor, and Benefits Consultant. Expertise includes HRIS administration, benefits administration for thousands of employees and retirees, and leading projects for process integration into global shared services. Lynn-Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science from Bridgewater State University.
