Michelle Parigi is an experienced sales and enablement professional with a strong background in developing sales capabilities and learning initiatives. Currently serving as Sales Enablement Manager at Iron Mountain ANZ since May 2021, Parigi previously held the role of Sales Capability Manager at Winc ANZ from April 2015, where collaboration with Executive Leadership Teams led to enhanced performance and strategic competency development.
