Ashish Shah

Ashish is a seasoned finance professional with diverse experience across various alternative asset classes including, private equity, venture capital, real assets and hedge funds. He is responsible for Iron Pillar’s overall finance, operations, treasury, tax, legal, compliance and administration functions. In his capacity as the COO, he oversees the group’s various entities and their statutory financial reporting, local compliance matters, operational governance, risk controls and audit related external engagements. He is also responsible for managing investor relations and reporting.

Ashish has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and is one of the co-founders at Iron Pillar. In his previous roles, he served as CFO for JP Morgan Partners and Operations Director for the 3i Group in Asia. In his most recent role, Ashish was a Director with SS&C (Nasdaq: SSNC) and was responsible for building and leading their Real Assets funds services business in APAC.

Ashish is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Mumbai University.
