Siu Mapu is an experienced Travel Analyst at Ironclad Technology Services, serving since September 2017 as the USCENTCOM Defense Travel program manager, overseeing various aspects of travel management and systems maintenance. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at the United States Army Sustainment Command, Human Resources Manager for the Joint Communications Support Element and the 2nd Infantry Division, and a Personnel Services & Human Resources Manager at the 1st Medical Brigade. Siu’s expertise spans personnel management, system administration, and operational support across multiple branches of the military. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Leo University and an Associate of Arts from Central Texas College.
