Austin Haukinz

Austin Haukinz is a seasoned manager in customer enablement and success, currently serving as Manager of Customer Enablement at Ironclad since December 2021. In previous roles, Austin led customer-focused teams at both Ironclad and Zendesk, implementing innovative programs that significantly improved customer adoption and satisfaction metrics. Notably, Austin spearheaded the launch of the first Customer Success Platform at Ironclad and enhanced operational efficiency through automation and data-driven initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Apple, where Austin developed technical support teams and provided extensive software training, as well as an early role in educational training at Madison Media Institute. Austin holds an Associates of Arts in Recording Technology from Madison Media Institute.
