Kassa McCallum

Kassa McCallum started working as a Client Services Manager at RateShepherd LLC in September 2013. In this role, their primary objective was to ensure that both potential and existing customers received outstanding service. They served as the customer liaison and assisted hotel clients in increasing the effectiveness of their rate strategy. In 2019, they joined IronFocus as an Office Manager.
