Clayton Sears

Clayton Sears possesses extensive experience in land acquisition and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisition at DDC Management, LLC since January 2021, where responsibilities have included management and entitlement of land. Additionally, Clayton operates as a Real Estate Agent at Irongate Inc., Realtors since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Clayton worked as a Project Engineer at CESO, INC. from June 2014 to January 2021. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, obtained in 2018.
