Anna MacMaster

Anna MacMaster has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Anna began their career at LuLu Girl LLC in 2008 as a Sales Recruiter/HR and continued in that role until March 2017. In October 2018, they joined Bay State Search as an Executive Recruiter, where they focused on developing personal relationships with clients and providing tailored applicants for seamless integration. Since August 2021, Anna has been working at Ironside as a Human Resource Manager, where they collaborate with leadership to define roles, designs recruitment strategies, and manages the recruitment cycle. Anna also handles various human resource responsibilities such as onboarding, exit interviews, employee recognition programs, and building the company's brand and culture.

Anna MacMaster obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended The Palmer Institute, where they earned a certification as a Massage Therapist specializing in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. Additionally, in May 2022, Anna MacMaster obtained a certification in "Preparing for the SHRM-CP Exam" from LinkedIn.
