Ty Findley

Ty Findley has a diverse work experience, starting as Co-founder and General Partner at Ironspring Ventures in 2020. In the same year, they also became the Digital Industrial Evangelist at Heavy Hitters: The Digital Industrial Podcast. Ty served as a Board Director for various companies, including GoodShip, Solvento, Prokeep, OneRail, Copia Automation, Plus One Robotics, and Mercado, starting from 2020. Ty was also part of the Kauffman Fellows Class 25 from June 2020 to November 2022.

Ty Findley completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Baylor University. Later, Ty also pursued their second Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business.
